This is about...
A Bloat Reducing Digestive Enhancer!

WELL, IT'S JANUARY, AND I FEEL GROSS.   I need a change. I need to amp up my diet, and "healthify" it big time.    In past years, I've done serious cleanses, flying to the southern California desert, drinking only liquids, doing yoga and a few other unmentionable things. And, I always come back feeling sooo much better. For obvious reasons, that's not happening this year.   So I FOUND A "CLEANSE" FOR BLOATING AND DETOX THAT I CAN DO AT HOME. It basically removes all the inflammatory foods out of your diet. What are inflammatory foods?   Sad to say all the fun stuff---diary, sugar, white flour--gluten, fried, alcohol, too much salt, basically all the junk is gone. YOU CAN STILL EAT REALLY WELL THOUGH, WITH LOTS OF FOOD.   It's just really good for you!
To do this, and to be successful at it, it takes some help and structure.   Jacqui Justice at Daily Om has A LITTLE 10 DAY COURSE (don't be turned off by the funky name, this diet is great for anybody!) that is filled with a lot of delicious ways to get through it all.   As part of it she has this drink, easy to make with just a few ingredients--filtered water, organic apple cider vinegar (I use Braggs), freshly grated ginger, and some liquid stevia to sweeten if you want.   Just drink it 20 minutes before your meal to enhance your digestion and aid in healing your gut. CAN'T HURT.  Plus it adds to your water intake, and hydration for the day, always a struggle for me.

SO, HERE'S TO 2021 AND TO OUR VIBRANT HEALTH IN THIS NEW YEAR!

LESSONS Learned:
